At Toadily Unique UK, we do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Below you'll find all the details about our shipping process.

🕛 Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12pm (Monday–Friday) are usually dispatched the same day.

  • Orders placed after 12pm will be dispatched the following working day.

  • Personalised items may take longer to process — please refer to our homepage for current turnaround times.

👨👩👧 Family & School Holidays

We are a small, family-run business with three young children. During school holidays or unexpected family commitments, dispatch may be delayed. We appreciate your understanding and support.

🚚 Courier & Delivery Options

We primarily use Evri as our courier, although alternative couriers may be used in some cases.

Under 1kg:

  • Standard Delivery – £3

  • Next Day Delivery – £4.20

Over 1kg:

  • Standard Delivery – £5

  • Next Day Delivery – £6.20
