Because every memorial piece is created individually by hand, the placement and appearance of the ashes within the resin will naturally vary. This means no two pieces will ever be completely identical — your jewellery will be truly one of a kind.
Small variations, tiny bubbles or differences within the resin are part of the handmade process and add to the unique character of your keepsake.
How to Send Your Loved One's Ashes
Please do not send any ashes until you have placed your order.
Once your order has been placed, you will receive instructions explaining how to safely package and send the small amount of ashes required for your jewellery.
Only a very small amount is needed to create your piece.
Please ensure your ashes are clearly labelled with your name and order number when sending them to us. This is especially important so that every memorial inclusion can be carefully identified throughout the creation process.
Any ashes that are not required for your jewellery will be treated with the utmost care and returned to you with your completed order.

What is the return policy?
You can request a return for most non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you’ll have a further 14 days to return the item unused and in its original condition.
Personalised, custom-made, perishable and certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us promptly. Photographic evidence of the item and packaging will be required. We will arrange a return where necessary and offer either a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Non-personalised orders may be processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once preparation has begun.

We are a small, family-run business based in the Staffordshire Moorlands, UK. Our personalised, printed and engraved products are created and finished by us with care and attention to detail.
