Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error.

What is the return policy?
You can request a return for most non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, youβll have a further 14 days to return the item unused and in its original condition.
Personalised, custom-made, perishable and certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us promptly. Photographic evidence of the item and packaging will be required. We will arrange a return where necessary and offer either a replacement or refund.

Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Non-personalised orders may be processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once preparation has begun.
