The Pro RTX Pro Two Layer Soft Shell Jacket (RX500) is a smart, versatile workwear jacket designed to provide warmth and protection without the bulk of a heavier coat.
Made from a durable 97% polyester / 3% elastane outer with a soft microfleece inner layer, the 280gsm two-layer bonded soft shell fabric provides comfortable flexibility while helping protect against wind and light showers. Its professional appearance makes it ideal for trades, work teams, outdoor staff and everyday company uniform.

To help us get the best possible result, please upload a clear, good-quality photos with plenty of light and the subject fully visible. Try to avoid blurry, dark, heavily cropped images or screenshots where possible.
Your photo may be cropped slightly to fit the design, so leaving a little space around the subject is always helpful.
We’ll always do our best to make your chosen image look lovely on the finished product.
Dispatch Times
We aim to dispatch all non-personalised items the same working day when ordered before 12pm, or the next working day when ordered after 12pm.
Personalised items are usually dispatched within 3–4 working days. Turnaround times may be extended during busy periods; please check the Dispatch link at the bottom of the page for current updates.
Personalised Orders
Please check all names, dates and wording carefully. Personalised items cannot be returned unless faulty or incorrect.
Returns & Support
Non-personalised items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Personalised or custom-made items cannot be returned unless they are faulty or we have made an error.

What is the return policy?
You can request a return for most non-personalised items within 14 days of receiving your order. Once approved, you’ll have a further 14 days to return the item unused and in its original condition.
Personalised, custom-made, perishable and certain hygiene-sensitive products cannot be returned unless faulty, damaged or incorrect.
If your order arrives damaged or broken, please contact us promptly. Photographic evidence of the item and packaging will be required. We will arrange a return where necessary and offer either a replacement or refund.

Can I change or cancel my order?
Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel your order. Non-personalised orders may be processed quickly, so we cannot guarantee changes once preparation has begun.

We are a small, family-run business based in the Staffordshire Moorlands, UK. Our personalised, printed and engraved products are created and finished by us with care and attention to detail.
